  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    I sure do! For all orders placed internationally, I use USPS First Class Package International to keep the cost low. If you have a preferred shipping method besides USPS, please let me know, so I can change the courier and get the reflected price for shipping. If you place an order internationally, and do not specify in the order notes or contact me about changing courier, I will use USPS First Class Package International. That courier does not always have shipping tracking once in the country it's shipping to, and once it is out of the USA, I am not liable for lost packages. Please contact me for different couriers if USPS First Class Package International is not what you'd like used.


  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped, which takes me between 3-7 business days to do after the order is placed, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please contact me if your order hasn't arrived within those time frames!

 

  • Where is my preorder?

    Each listing will give an estimated time for preorder's arrival! (Based on the item, it can take a few weeks or months after preorders close for the item to start being shipped out, so it's best to check the product page for the ETA) If your item hasn't yet arrived during the estimate, please check the page, as there will be an update!
    Preorders estimates are subject to change, but WILL be fulfilled! Before messaging about the progress, please read the item's description for estimate timing and if there's any updates.

 

  • My shipping address changed before my preorder arrived!

    Please contact me, so I can update your listing prior to shipping out the items.

 

  • Can I request a different shipping service to be used?

    For international buyers, I understand that USPS (my default shipping) may not be the best option when delivering in your country. Contact me if you would like it changed to a different carrier! Though, the difference in shipping from USPS to the other carrier will need to be paid.

 

  • What is your Return / Exchange / Refund policy?

    I do not do returns / exchanges / refunds unless product is damaged or broken. All returns / exchanges / refunds are under my discretion.
    Proof of that will be needed for a return / exchange/ refund. I will allow for a return / exchange / refund within 30 days of product's arrival. For preorders, I can cancel and refund an order if contacted before item ships out.
